The Physician Pathway, our second annual JOWMA PreMed event, was not only an incredible success, but also a turning point in our service to the community. We witnessed a growing demand in our premeds for mentorship, advice and networking. In addition, many of them came with their partners, demonstrating a unified front in support of the commitment to medicine.
There were 100+ young women, men, and couples in attendance. Attendees benefitted from networking, listening to the intricate details of the ever- evolving medical school admissions process, and on a more personal level, a look into the lives of couples navigating training and their advice to other evolving physicians and couples.
Thank you to our speakers.
