In this event Julie Wilcox, wellness coach, nutritionist, and Director of JOWMA Wellness, will lead a 30-minute relaxing evening yoga session to open your body, settle your breath, calm your mind, and balance your nervous system. We will follow the class with a 30- minute Q&A, which will be an opportunity for you to ask Julie any wellness questions on your mind across nutrition, yoga, mindfulness/meditation, fitness, and sleep. Julie completed her MS in Nutrition and Dietetics at NYU, co-founded ISHTA Yoga, and is an ACE certified fitness instructor.
